Legal advisor since 2011. Associated with the Firm since 2005. Graduate of law and economic studies at the University of Wroclaw. Specialist in construction law, administrative law (including real estate) and public procurement. Advises Contractors in disputes with Contracting Authorities, provides legal assistance on highway, railroad and cubature contracts. Also specializes in corporate law, in particular advising on disputes between shareholders, M&A transactions, advises on capital raising transactions including from VC and PE funds. He advises companies listed on the NC. Participated in the formation of international financial vehicles. He has represented clients in court disputes (including before the Supreme Court), arbitration, before the NAC. He is the author of publications on construction law and FIDIC contracts, as well as numerous opinions and studies for international companies and institutions and authorities.
