Legal advisor since 2011. Associated with the Firm since 2010, member of the Iurico&Pharma team. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. Completed postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage at the College of Banking in Wroclaw. She specializes in civil law, contract law in business, public procurement law, pharmaceutical law and intellectual property law. Represents the Firm’s clients in court disputes, as well as in out-of-court negotiations and mediation proceedings. Provides comprehensive support to the Firm’s clients, including drafting and reviewing contracts, drafting opinions and position papers, and creating pleadings. Specializes in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical industry. Expert of the inspection team of the City Council of Wroclaw to conduct a comprehensive inspection of city investments implemented in 2006-2010 and in 2017-2018.
